We never invent a milligram figure, and when a proprietary blend hides the split between its botanicals, we say that instead of guessing.
For ingredient science we cite peer-reviewed reviews and government health bodies, linked inline so you can disagree with our reading of them. Research on an isolated ingredient is not evidence about a finished multi-ingredient product, and we label that gap wherever it appears.
